  • The Counselling Board will propose its own merit list after reviewing the AIAPGET-2024 merit list and taking into account the applicable rules, regulations, reservation policy, and other criteria.
  • Counselling will be performed online. The merit list will be created based on the registered eligible applicants, in accordance with the guidelines. Admission shall be granted to all meritorious candidates in accordance with the rules of counseling.
  • If the final section of the Online Application Form is not completed by Steps 2 and 3, it will be marked as incomplete registration and the form will be rejected. You will not receive any responses regarding this issue.
  • The counselling board will not support a request to refund the registration charge once it has been paid by the applicant.
  • The entire procedure of applying for Rajasthan Ayush PG counselling online includes adding scanned pictures, paying fees, and receiving a confirmation page.
  • Applicants do not need to communicate or pass over any documents, such as the application Confirmation Page, to the Counselling Board via mail, fax, or in person.

Registration Process:

Follow the four steps listed below to apply for the Rajasthan Ayush PG Counselling:

Step 1: Online Registration

Complete the online registration process and Save the system-generated Application number and login credentials.

Step 2: Documents Uploading

Upload scanned copies of the candidate’s photograph, residency document, category certificate (if required), secondary certificate with mark sheet, senior secondary certificate with mark sheet, Ayush UG mark sheets (1st to Final), internship certificate, registration certificate, AIAPGET exam 2024 Admit Card, and AIAPGET exam 2024 Mark sheet in JPG/JPEG format.

Step 3: Pay The Registration Fee

Every applicant must pay a registration fee of Rs. 2000/- (for General, EWS, and OBC category applicants) and Rs.1500/- (for SC, ST category applicants with Rajasthan state residency) using Internet banking, debit card, or credit card. The registration cost is not refundable, transferable, or adjusted for any future State PG admissions. After you have successfully deposited the fee, download at least two copies of the confirmation page.

Any appeal in this matter will be rejected. Please keep the information provided in the application form confidential and do not share it with anybody. If you do not register during the registration time, you will not be assigned a seat. A candidate’s registration will only be considered once throughout the counselling process.

Step 4: COUNSELLING FEE Counselling Fee:

INR 30,000/- must be paid prior to choice filling. (It is a mandatory stage in the future process of allotments; candidates who do not fill out the application form would be ineligible for allotment.)

Publication of Merit List:

After completing the registration process, the counseling authority will disclose the merit list of successfully registered candidates.

Choice Filling:

Eligible candidates must organize their preferred colleges and courses in terms of priority or preference. Before making a choice, candidates must pay the online counselling charge as a security deposit.

Seat Allotment Process:

The Counselling Board will conduct online counseling for allocating applicants to institutes and colleges based on reserved seats, merit lists, AIAPGET 2024 order of merit, preferences, and available seats.

Publication & Downloading of Seat Allotment List:

Candidates will be assigned seats in institutions through an online method based on the provisional merit list, available seats by category and course, preferences provided in the choice filling forms, and eligibility data. Candidates can download their seat allotment list by visiting the official website.

Seat Acceptance:

Following the publication of the seat allotment results for on the official website, applicants who have been granted seats must confirm their admission by submitting the INR 30,000 fee online at their chosen college. Applicants must login to the official website, as mentioned below:

Physical Document Verification: Applicants will be asked to provide the following documents for verification: educational certificates, AIAPGETC scorecard, category or sub-category certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate and other certificate required by college or authority.

Reporting to the Allotted College:

Following completion of the document verification process, applicants must physically report to the allotted college within the stipulated time period for completing the admission process.

Candidates must visit the allotted institution with the necessary documents for deposition of original documents at the Office of Counselling Board, as well as pay the stipulated remaining college tuition by demand draft in favor of CHAIRMAN, AYUSH PG ADMISSION COUNSELLING BOARD, Payable at Jaipur.
