To apply for Bihar MDS admission to the Government and Private Dental Colleges for the academic year 2026 in Bihar, applicants must participate in the Bihar NEET MDS Counselling 2026. Interested candidates should register and submit an online application based on the NEET MDS-2026 Merit List.

How to apply for Bihar NEET MDS Counselling 2026?
To fill out the online application form and make choices, visit the “Online Portal of PGDAC-2026” and follow the steps below.
Step 1 (Registration):
To register for NEET (MDS)-2026, candidates must provide their Roll No., Name, and Date of Birth as displayed on the computer screen. After authentication, an OTP will be delivered to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email address supplied during the NEET (MDS)-2026 application process.
A PGDAC ID will be generated upon the successful submission of the registration details. This ID will be used for all future reference and correspondence, as well as for completing the remaining parts of the application process.
Candidates must log in to their account using their NEET (MDS)-2026 Roll No. and Password in order to finish the remaining steps of the application form. This will process the remaining tasks and properly submit their online application.
Step 2: Complete the Application Form:
To complete the application form applicants must provide the personal, contact, employment and other details.
(a) Individual Data: Following a successful registration, the candidate must “Sign in” to his account once more before filling out the necessary personal information fields on the computer screen. Next, press the “Save & Continue” button.
(b) Contact Information: Candidates must provide their permanent address and correspondence address as shown on the computer screen after successfully completing the Personal Information form. Next, press the “Save & Continue” button.
(c) Educational Data: Candidates must submit their educational information as shown on the computer screen after successfully completing the Contact Details form. Next, press the “Save & Continue” button.
(d) Employment Information: Candidates must submit their employment details as shown on the computer screen after successfully completing the educational information. Next, press the “Save & Continue” button.
(e) Additional Information: Candidates must submit their Other Details as shown on the computer screen after successfully completing the Employment Details. Next, press the “Save & Continue” button.
(f) Upload your signature, photo, and other necessary documents: The candidate must submit a scanned copy of their highly contrasted colour photo, signature, and any necessary documents (if any) at the proper location in accordance with the computer screen’s directions after successfully completing the educational information. Next, press the “Save & Continue” button.
Step 3: Preview and Final Submission of the Application
It is recommended that candidates review the information they entered in Steps 1 and 2 of the application form. If any errors are discovered, click the “Back to Edit” button to make the necessary corrections. Click “Save & Continue” once the correction has been made so that the data they submitted may be updated.
Click the “Final Submit & Proceed to Payment” button after providing the declaration and paying the counselling fee and security deposit if all the information entered during the online application is verified to be correct on the preview page.
Step 4: Paying the security deposit and counselling fee
Once the “Final Submit & Proceed to Payment” button has been clicked, follow the instructions on the computer screen to finish the payment process for the security deposit and counselling fee. Counselling fees are non-refundable.
Bihar NEET MDS Counselling 2026 Fees
Online Payment: The candidate must only pay the security deposit and counselling fee online using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. In addition to the counselling fee and security deposit, the candidate must pay a processing fee when making an online payment.
The candidate must pay a non-refundable counseling/registration cost of Rs. 2200 (two thousand two hundred only) for each category via an online method only, such as a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.

Step Five: Filling in the Choices
Once the counselling fee and security deposit have been successfully paid, the candidate must select their preferred course and college. To lock their completed choices before the deadline, candidates must first click the “Save Choices” link and then click the “Choice Locking” option. If a candidate locks their selections and wants to change them again, they can do so by clicking the “Unlock Choices” link and authenticating with their password and the OTP that was issued to their registered email address or mobile number.
Step 6: Download Fee Receipt & Confirmation Page
Candidates are encouraged to download the Confirmation Page & Fee Receipt and double-check the information displayed on it after successfully paying the Counselling Fee & Security Deposit. If a mismatch is discovered, it can be fixed at the time of registration and application form-cum-choice filling submission in accordance with the “Important Dates” schedule. Lastly, save the Confirmation Page for further use.
