MH AIAPGET 2024 Counselling Authority

The Maharashtra government established the “ADMISSIONS REGULATING AUTHORITY AND STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST CELL” in accordance with the Maharashtra autonomous private specialized educational institutions (Regulation of Admission & Fees) Act. 2015 (the act).

The Commissioner, State CET Cell, based in Mumbai, has been named the official authority for selecting candidates for enrollment in Ayurvedic Postgraduate programs for the 2024-2025 academic year. The AIAPGET 2024 legislation governs the enrollment procedure for government, aided, private, unaided, and minority Ayurvedic colleges and institutes.

The Director of Ayush, Mumbai, will be the primary point of contact during the registration process.

Maharashtra Ayush PG Counselling Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be an Indian national. Proof of nationality can be a Nationality Certificate from a District Magistrate.
  • In addition Applicants must have a valid passport, or a School Leaving Certificate (SLC) for class 10th and 12th, indicating the candidate’s nationality as “Indian”.
  • Candidates must have passed a qualifying examination from a college in Maharashtra (excluding out-of-state applicants) and completed a one-year rotation internship by the deadline set by NCISM, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi.
  • Candidates who have completed an Ayush UG degree from a recognized institute located outside of Maharashtra and are domiciled in the state of Maharashtra are eligible. Such applicants must provide a Domicile Certificate from the Maharashtra State as proof of residence.
  • Candidates who are residents of Maharashtra and have been admitted under the 15% All India Quota for Ayush UG courses in an Ayush Medical College located outside of Maharashtra state, as well as a degree from an outside university, will be eligible for the counselling process.
  • The candidate must have achieved at least 50th percentile or above in AIAPGET 2024, or 40th percentile in the case of constitutional reserve. Persons with disabilities in the General Category must score at least 45th percentile on the AIAPGET 2024 exam.

Required Documents

Applicants must report to the designated college with their authentic documents for physical verification after they are admitted. For physical document verification and admission, the candidate must report to the designated college in person (proxy is not allowed).

The College Authority / Principal admits the candidate if he or she is confirmed to be eligible after document verification.

At the time of admission, the candidate must bring all original papers as well as two attested copies of the same to support the claim made in the application form.

Maharashtra Ayush PG Counselling Process

For those who participated in the AIAPGET 2024 exam, the online registration process for Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, or Unani PG courses in Maharashtra colleges can be accessible at www.mahacet.org.

This notification announces that applicants may apply online for admission to M.D./M.S. and PG Diploma programs in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Unani medicine if they match the conditions for AIAPGET – 2024 State Quota Seats.

Before completing the application form and before paying the costs, candidates should confirm their eligibility.

The candidate should write down their application number and password and save it in a secure location. It is required for a subsequent procedure. The Candidate alone is in charge of keeping the password safe. No candidate’s password is stored in CET CELL’s database.

For subsequent correspondence, the applicant’s email address and cellphone number will be utilized. The onus is on the individual to maintain their involvement throughout the procedure.

Step 1 : Registration Process

Visit The Official Website of Maharashtra Ayush PG Counselling. To access the CAP Portal, first click on Admission Process and then select Ayush Education. When you click on Admission Process, all courses will open.

Option 2: All India Quota Counselling.

Step 2 : Personal Details

  • Once you have completed the first stage of registration, your application number will be produced, and you will be sent to your login profile.
  • Applicant Name is retrieved directly from your AIA PGET Data.
  • You must enter your name and other required personal details exactly as it appears on MUHS.
  • The applicant’s email address and mobile number must be verified using the OTP method. The same will be used for subsequent correspondence. It is the candidate’s obligation to maintain them active throughout. Once you complete your personal details, the UG Details link will open.

 

Step 3: UG Details

  • After provide the personal details applicants must submit the Ayush UG details as per requirements.

 

Step 4: Reservation Details

  • Choose the category for which you wish to claim constitutional reservation.
  • If you want to claim a reserve quota, you must have the necessary paperwork, according to the Information Brochure.
  • If a sub-category is missing from the menu, you can add it by selecting the Add New option from the dropdown.
  • If you want to claim the PWD/Orphan quota, you must have a valid certificate from the corresponding government.
  • If you want to claim the minority quota, you must provide proper papers as outlined in the Information Brochure.

 

Edit & Preview the Application Form:

The applicant should log in using their user name and password to confirm that the information they entered on the application form is correct. Before making a payment, the candidate might edit the application. After a successful payment, there is no way to edit the application form.

Step 5: Payment of The Application Fees

  • The registration cost can be paid online by credit/debit card or internet banking for candidates. Online payments must be made by the deadline indicated in the admissions timetable and notice.
  • The sole method of payment accepted by the candidate is the online payment gateway. The Online Payment charges, if any, are to be borne by the Candidate. Other payment methods for fees will not be accepted.
  • If an application has been rejected for any reason, the application fees once paid are non-refundable.

 

Step 6: Documents Uploading

  • All documents are required, and you must scan your originals, not photocopies. If the document is in colour, scan it in color.
  • Verify that the scan captures all aspects of the original document, including text, stamps, and numbers. Uploading an unreadable file will result in rejection.
  • After uploading all documents, click the “Upload” button on the server.
  • Once you’ve made a successful payment, go to the upload documents tab.
  • The list of required documents is automatically displayed based on the information provided.
  • All documents must be sent in pdf format.
  • You must scan your genuine documents, not photocopies. Scan color documents.
  • After submission of the application, applicants must save a copy of the application form for future use.

Application Charge for MH AIAPGET Counselling 2024

  • The online application fee for admission to Post Graduate Ayurvedic Courses through AIAPGET 2024 is Rs. 3000/-, with relevant bank charges.
  • This application fee is non-refundable, so candidates are urged to review the Information Brochure and determine their eligibility before paying the charge.
  • It is the candidate’s exclusive obligation to ensure that costs are paid online within the time frame specified; otherwise, the online application will be denied.
  • Along with the Rs. 3000/- application form cost and related bank charges, each candidate must submit a refundable security deposit as given in the table below.
  • The candidate is responsible for ensuring that the application cost is paid online within the timeframe indicated. If the application fee is not paid online, it will be refused.
  • In addition to the application cost of Rs. 3000/- and bank fees, each applicant must give a Refundable Security Deposit, as shown in the table below.
