Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak is authorized by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Haryana, to administer Combined Centralized Online Counseling in compliance with the NEET-PG-2025 Merit for admission to all government, government-aided, and private medical educational institutions, including those under private universities like SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram, and Al-Falah University, Faridabad, in the State of Haryana.

Important Details:

  • The Institutes will not require candidates to pay the whole Haryana MD MS course fee upfront; instead, the charge will be paid on a yearly basis.
  • The successful candidates will pay the first-year course fee at Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. After the admissions procedure is over, the Chairman of the Admission Committee will transfer the fee to the appropriate institute within a month.
  • If the candidate is transferred to another institute for next round Haryana NEET PG counselling, the price will be reimbursed or reduced.
  • If a candidate wants to withdraw their admission before the deadline, they must do so in person at the college counter and via email, together with the original receipt of the fee deposition and request sheet.
  • The security deposit made during the MD/MS course will be reimbursed; the candidate must apply for the refund using the manner specified.
  • Only applicants for admission to private colleges are permitted to deposit 50% of the total cost at the time of admission; the remaining amount must be paid to the institution by the deadline.

Haryana MD MS Fees 2025 – Government College

Government Medical Colleges charge the following fees for postgraduate courses:

  • First Year: ₹1.25 lakh annually
  • Second Year: ₹1.50 lakh annually
  • Third Year: ₹1.75 lakh annually
