MDS admission in Rajasthan has started; such students who are interested in studying MDS in Rajasthan must apply for Rajasthan NEET MDS counselling on the official website.
All four rounds of counseling—Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Stray Vacancy Round—for admission to PG Dental (M.D.S.) Courses in the State of Rajasthan will be conducted centrally online by the Chairman of the NEET PG Admission/Counseling Board-2025, Jaipur, for the 2025–2026 academic year.
NEET-qualified candidates with a BDS degree from colleges in the State of Rajasthan and all medical officers and dental teachers employed by the Government of Rajasthan are eligible to apply for 50% of the seats in Government colleges and 50% of the seats in Private Colleges; however, candidates with a BDS degree from the University of Rajasthan or Rajasthan University of Health Sciences will be given preference for 25% of the seats in Govt. colleges.
Participation is open to all NEET-qualified applicants with a recognized BDS degree from anywhere for the remaining 50% of private college seats;

Eligibility Requirements for MDS Admission in Rajasthan
- A DCI-approved BDS qualification is required of the applicant.
- After passing the final BDS exam, candidates must complete the mandatory one-year rotating internship (as of June 30, 2025). Rotational internship requirements will not be tolerated.
- The DCI of Rajasthan or any state dental council must have granted applicants temporary or permanent registration. Candidates who are registered with a dental council other than the Rajasthan Dental Council are required to present their RDC registration certificate to the selected college within a month of enrolling.
- For MDS Admission in Rajasthan, applicants must have scored at least in the 50th percentile (45th percentile for unreserved/EWS candidates with locomotor disability, and 40th percentile for natural-born SC, ST, OBC, and MBC candidates (more backward groups) in the NEET MDS exam.

The security deposit will be forfeited if an applicant who was selected for a seat in the second or subsequent rounds does not enroll in the proper institution.
Additionally, the security deposit will be lost if the admission is canceled for any reason, such as if the candidate fails to provide the necessary documents at the time of joining (within the allotted time) or provides false information on the application form, which may be used to assign a seat and later be canceled by the Board.

Merit List Publication:
In accordance with the laws and regulations of the relevant Regulating Authority, a merit list for Rajasthan MDS Admission will be created using the marks earned in NEET MDS 2025 after any bonus marks that have been announced by the State Government are included.
Choice Filling Process:
Along with the requirements and steps for filling out the option, the seat matrix will be made public. Before choosing, candidates should thoroughly review the seat matrix and related cost structure.
It is necessary to fill new positions in each round, regardless of whether a candidate was assigned or joined a seat in a previous round (assuming the candidate is eligible to participate and willing to participate/upgrade in a subsequent round). The choices made by a candidate in the previous round will be disqualified and won’t be considered in subsequent rounds.
Note: If a candidate does not submit new options, they will not be considered for advancement or allocation in that round.

Important Details for Rajasthan MDS Admission 2025
- The allocation process will be conducted in four rounds. All four allocation rounds, including the Stray vacancy round, will take place online. There can be no off-line round. Admission will not be granted at the collegiate level.
- All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 4,000 (Rs. 3,000 for candidates from the SC, ST, and STA categories who are residents of Rajasthan) plus any relevant transaction fees.
- All qualified applicants who would like to take part in the counseling process must register by filling out Parts 1 and 2 of the application form on the aforementioned websites.
