For the purpose of creating the State Merit List and conducting online Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2025 for admission to State quota seats of Post Graduate Medical (MD/MS/Diploma & DNB) courses, NEET (PG)-qualified applicants are requested to submit their online application forms.
The Notice titled “Regarding Online Counselling for Post Graduate Medical (MD/MS/Diploma & DNB) State Quota seats on the basis of NEET-PG -2025 Result,” which was uploaded under the “Important Notice” column at the Board’s website http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in, contains detailed information about eligibility and other criteria.
Candidates may apply online between November 2, 2025, and November 5, 2025, to have their names added to the State Merit List for the first round of online counseling. The first, second, third, and stray vacancy rounds of online counseling will begin in accordance with the counseling timetable.
Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling Schedule 2025
On the Board’s website, http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in, interested and qualified candidates are asked to complete the Application Form and upload the necessary Certificates/Documents online between November 2, 2025, and November 5, 2025, by selecting the “POST-GRADUATE MEDICAL/DENTAL Online Application Form Submission – 2025” tab and adhering to the schedule provided below:

Application/registration fees, counseling fees, and security deposits must be paid by applicants via Payment Gateway using a credit card, debit card, or net banking as specified below.

How To Apply For Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2025?
Step 1: To register for Jharkhand MD MS Counselling, please click the “New Registration” option first.
Step 2: Your registration number will be sent to you by email or SMS.
Step 3: If the message does not appear in your inbox, please check your email spam box.
Step 4: After that, click the Log In option to finish submitting your application.
Step 5: All candidates (except from PH candidates) must pay a fee in order to register online.

Eligibility Criteria for Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2025
In order to prepare the state merit list for online counseling for admission to post-graduate level medical courses of State Quota seats, qualified and eligible students who took the NEET PG-2025 test are invited to submit online application forms. They need to meet the eligibility requirements listed below.
Residence Criteria:
According to Health Department Govt. of Jharkhand candidates who have completed an MBBS program at any medical institute or college in the state of Jharkhand, or who are residents of Jharkhand and were admitted to an MBBS program at a medical college in Bihar during a session beginning with the formation of the state or prior to its creation and who have completed an MBBS from such colleges, are eligible to enroll in a postgraduate program at a medical college or institute of the state. They must present a Local Resident certificate issued by the C.O./S.D.O. (Civil) /D.C of the state.
Local Resident Criteria for in service Candidates:
Even if they completed the MBBS test from a medical college or institute outside the state, local residents of Jharkhand state and active doctors employed by the state government are eligible for admission on the state quota of postgraduate seats. They will need to present a Local Resident certificate from the Jharkhand State C.O., S.D.O. (Civil), or D.C.
Registration Certificate:
The candidate needs to be temporarily or permanently registered with the Jharkhand State Medical Council or the NMC. They will still be able to enroll in a postgraduate program even if they have temporary registration; however, they must obtain permanent registration before the deadline for admission; otherwise, their admission would be revoked.
Internship Requirements:
For Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2025 Applicants must have completed the Internship. By July 31, 2025, the candidate must have finished or plan to finish the PG Medical Rotating Internship.
NOTE:
Applicants must pay the counselling fee for choice filling in each and every round.
The security money will be forfeited if admission is not secured after seat allotment in the second round and the counseling round that follows. Furthermore, even in the event that admission is canceled due to the candidate’s false information during registration, security money will not be returned.
The security money will be reimbursed if the candidates have accepted a legitimate admission and no seat are assigned after any counseling stages.
The Medical Counseling Committee’s (MCC) New Delhi guidelines for NEET (PG)-2025 counseling will be followed in all counseling rounds.
