Uttarakhand MD MS Seat Upgradation Procedure
Seat upgraded from Govt College to another Government College:
Candidates must download the allotment letter directly, report to the college where they were accepted, and finish the seat withdrawal procedures. Subsequently, submit the withdrawal letter and the new allotment letter to the newly assigned government medical college.
Seat upgraded from one Private Medical College to another Private Medical College:
Download the allotment letter directly, report to the private college where you were accepted, and finish the seat withdrawal procedures. Following that, submit the withdrawal and new allotment letters to the newly designated private medical college.
Seat upgraded from Private Medical College to Government Medical College:
The allotment letter must be downloaded by candidates from the official website. Once the seat allocation letter has been downloaded, submit it to the private college of admission and finish the seat withdrawal procedures. With the withdrawal notice and the new allotment letter, applicants now report to the newly assigned government medical college. Allotted candidates must download their allotment letter from the official website and send it to the college where they have already been accepted.

Uttarakhand MD MS Admission Procedure (New Admission)
The steps for the Uttarakhand NEET PG Admission procedure are listed below:
Step 1: Enter your login ID to access the website.
Step 2: Use your login ID to download the allotment letter.
Step 3: As per the designated college, quota, and branch, pay the advance tuition charge.
Step 4: Use your login ID to download the advance tuition fee receipt online. Get the fee receipt here.
Step 5: Bring the tuition fee receipt and the other necessary documents indicated below when you report to the designated college.
Step 6: The remaining tuition and any other necessary fees must be paid to the college directly. Contact the designated college for more information.
Step 7: Get your letter of admission from the college.

- First-Time Seat Allocation Students’ Admission Process:Students who are applying for a seat for the first time must also complete the aforementioned requirements.
Admission Process for Students Allotted a Second Seat:
- If a student is given a new seat in the second counseling round as a result of upgrading from the seat they received in the first round to another institution, they will not be required to deposit any additional advance tuition fee if they have already deposited an amount equal to or greater than the required advance fee (as per the seat allotted in the second round) according to the above table.
- These students should first obtain and print their Allotment Letter from the university’s website. After that, they should go in person to the school where they were originally admitted, gather all of their original paperwork, and get a certificate from the principal or other appropriate authority attesting to their college-level promotion.
- After that, they will personally show up at the newly designated institute with the original documentation they obtained as mentioned above and the receipt for the advance cost that was already deposited in order to finish the remaining admission process within the specified time frame.
- One month following the end of the counseling procedure for all phases, the University will immediately reimburse the extra advance tuition fee amount (if any) deposited by the students to the bank account they provided.
- Students will be required to deposit the difference between the required additional advance tuition fee amount for the seat allotted in the second stage and the advance tuition fee amount deposited at the time of admission in the first stage at the newly allotted institute if they were given a seat in the second stage of counseling as a result of upgrading from the seat admitted in the first stage to another institute and have already deposited an amount less than the required advance fee amount (as per the seat allotted in the second stage) according to the above table.
- These students should print their allocation letter after downloading it from the university’s website. After that, they will physically show up at the school where they were previously accepted, pick up all of their original paperwork, and get a certificate from the principal or other qualified individual attesting to their college-level advance.
- After that, they will personally show up at the newly designated school with the aforementioned original documents, the receipt for the previously deposited and required additional new fee, and finish the remaining admissions procedure within the specified time frame.
- Students will not be required to pay an additional advance tuition fee if they are upgraded from their first-round seat in the second counseling round and are given a new seat in the same institution due to a horizontal or vertical upgrade or an upgrade from the All India Management Quota to the State Quota. Students who fall into this category should first download and print their allocation letter from the university’s website.
- After that, they will finish the admissions procedure by showing up in person at the designated institution and turning in their downloaded Allotment Letter within the specified time frame.
- Candidates do not need to take any action if they were already admitted in the first phase and their seat was not upgraded to another institute in the second phase. They will still be admitted to the previously designated institute.
