• Age bar: Minimum age of the candidate for this course is 21 years. Moreover, a candidate should be physically fit and having strong willpower to work hard with focus. 
• In addition to all of the above, foreign national’s candidates seeking MDS in Philippines must have the temporary registration with the dental council of the Philippines for the duration of the post graduate training he/she is admitted.

Admission of the candidates will depend upon merit marks and academic performance of the candidate and the final approval of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor. Whereas, there are some dental institutions set their own entrance examination for the selection of the eligible candidates. University of the East College of Dentistry intakes twice in a year;

DCI Screening test for Indian

According to the DCI regulations any student going out of India for higher education has to acquire Eligibility certificate from DCI. If a candidate wants to Practice in India, he/she has to clear the screening test to practice a registered dental practitioner. The Purpose of this screening test is to determine the eligibility of the candidate as specified by the Dental Council of India. 

Once a student has clear screening test, his MDS degree from Philippines is recognized in India and then he/she can easily work as per their wish.
