<p>The Medical Education Commission Entrance Examination (<a href="https://mymedicaladmission.com/mecee-pg/"><strong>Nepal PG Medical Entrance Exam</strong></a>) is known as MECEE PG. The exam schedule for this year has been published. It is a common entrance exam used in Nepal for providing admission to postgraduate medical programs. The Nepal Medical Education Board administers the national level MECEE PG exam.</p>
<p>Indian students have to qualify the MEC entrance examination to take admission in their dream medical college in Nepal. MECEE results are used to determine MD MS admission in Nepal along with the other PG medical courses. There are 200 multiple-choice questions on the exam paper, with a maximum score of 200. <h3><strong>Eligibility Requirements for MECEE PG Exam 2025</strong></h3>
<p>Students who are participating in the MECEE PG entrance exam in Nepal must have certain qualifications in order to be admitted to <em><a href="https://ucsworld.com/top-10-medical-colleges-in-nepal/">top medical colleges in Nepal</a></em>. <p>A Medical University-recognized MBBS degree, BDS degree or its equivalent is required of those interested in applying.</p>
<p>Candidates must have finished an internship within a year after finishing their coursework. It&#8217;s required.</p>

<p>The steps involved in setting up an online profile and submitting an application:</p>
<p><strong>Step 1- Create A profile online or Login:</strong></p>
<p>Applicant must visit the official website of the Medical Education Commission Entrance Examination &#8211; <a href="https://www.mec.gov.np/en"><em><strong>Official Website</strong></em></a></p>
<p>When creating their profiles, candidates who applied for the previous year&#8217;s common entrance exam will need to use their previously used username and password.</p>
<p>Previous applicants must update their information. New applicants must fill out the following application and create an online profile.</p>
<p>First, candidates should set up a profile with their password and email address. Additionally, this profile can be used later on if necessary.</p>
<p>The applicant must visit the website at https://mec.gov.np, select the Online Application button, and then click the Login button to begin filling out the application. Choose Don&#8217;t have an account? from the login screen. Click the &#8220;Register here&#8221; button.</p>
<p>A different option is to go to https://entrance.mec.gov.np and select Don&#8217;t have an account? Register by clicking this link. To create a user account, click the Foreign radio choice under Nationality, then enter the applicant&#8217;s full name, email address, password, and confirm password. Finally, click the Register button.</p>
<p>The email address provided while creating the user account will receive a message requesting email ID verification. The email address will be checked and enabled following the completion of the verification link and connecting into the registered account.</p>

<p>He or she must log in to the account, click the Resend button, and confirm the email address using the previously described procedure if the email verification message is not received in the registered email.</p>

<p>Go to the main Homepage after logging into the Common Entrance Examination&#8217;s online application portal.</p>

<p>The applicant must click the Make Payment option to pay the required amount in order to create their profile. Then the list of academic programs will show. The candidate must choose the program or programs based on their eligibility by checking the box next to the preferred programs.</p>
<p>Below the academic program table, the total amount payable will be displayed. The applicant must click the button for the payment method they choose to use in order to pay the cost.</p>

<p><strong>Step 3- Submit the Personal &amp; education Details:</strong></p>
<p>The candidate must enter their personal information and click the Save and Proceed button after paying the cost and selecting the Basic Information menu.</p>
<p>Click the Save button after entering your educational information in the Qualifications section. Applicants from other countries can bypass the Experience selection.</p>
<p>The Professional Council section should be filled out by foreign applicants. In the Reservation menu, choose the tick next to the Foreign category.</p>

<p>When completing the online application form, the candidate should select only one of the following subcategories-</p>

<p>After completing the application, the required paperwork must be uploaded and the self-declaration completed. It is recommended that the application be reviewed, edited, and saved prior to submission. The application cannot be changed after it has been submitted.</p>
<p>Select the Submit Program Application option in the Dashboard menu after uploading all the papers containing personal information. Then, select the View Details button to verify all the information.</p>
<p>Click the Homepage menu&#8217;s Submit Program Application button, then click the Apply option to submit the application. Once the information has been verified, click the Save and Submit Information option to submit the form.</p>
<p><strong>Step 6- Download the Application form:</strong></p>
<p>Candidates are advised to simply &#8220;save&#8221; the information at the initial stage just in case the applicant needs to review it. Once the form has been submitted, no information can be changed.</p>

<h4><strong>NEET PG Eligibility Criteria 2026</strong></h4>
<p>An eligibility criterion is the foremost requirement of any institution or competitive examination that must be satisfied by all participants to accomplish the same target. Eligibility criteria set by the exam conducting authority are given below;</p>

<h4><strong>NEET PG Counselling Updates 2026</strong></h4>
<p>The counselling procedure will be started in August/ September for the first round. Counselling will be conducted by the DGHS (Directorate General Health Services) on account of the Medical Council Committee for All India Quota Seats available in Central and Deemed Universities across the country.
