Counselling & Seat Allotment Process

The government’s seat matrix for each discipline will be used to allocate seats. The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) website will accommodate the government-issued seat matrix by college, course, and category for candidates’ and parents’ information. The online allocation will be determined by the government-mandated roster, merit, and the order of the candidates’ preferences.

Participation in each round is based on passing the requirements regularly set forth by (MCC). In this sense, KEA will not be held responsible. There will be multiple rounds of the online seat distribution process.

First Round

Second Round

Mop-up Round (If seats vacant)

Stray Vacancy Round (If seats vacant)

The seat matrix, eligibility, reservation, and the candidates’ filled options will all be taken into consideration when allocating seats.
